No Description SAIC is seeking a General Clerk to provide support at the SAIC Middletown, RI Office for the Naval Undersea Warfare Center for multiple programs.
DUTIES:
Provide support in arranging materials and products and developing procurement documentation including; completion, scanning, archiving, and management of procurement records and transportation/transfer requests.
Interface with vendors to obtain quotes, updating Excel spreadsheets with relevant information, kitting and tracking inventory.
Interface with customers to develop procurement requirements and to provide status updates, attend meetings, develop meeting minutes and track action items.
Develop MS Excel procurement tracking documentation; and develop project management support documents including program plans, office.
Qualifications EDUCATION AND
Qualifications:
High School Diploma MS Office proficiency including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word CLEARANCE:
Ability to acquire SECRET clearance DESIRED:
DOD Experience Procurement Experience Ability to work with databases Covid Policy:
SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters.
Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
