T- Certified Nursing Assistant
NCG Associates, a trusted healthcare staffing company, is currently seeking compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our teamAs a CNA at NCG Associates, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of healthcare settings and make a positive impact on the lives of patients.Responsibilities Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating Transfer patients safely to and from beds, chairs, and other equipment Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature Provide emotional support and companionship to patients Assist with range of motion exercises and physical therapy routines Observe and report any changes in patients' condition to the nursing staff Maintain cleanliness and organization of patients' rooms Document patient information accurately and maintain records Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to patients Requirements Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience as a CNA preferred Knowledge of nursing principles and practices Compassionate and empathetic attitude Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team Physical stamina and ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification If you are a dedicated and caring CNA looking for new opportunities, we encourage you to apply to join our team at NCG AssociatesWe offer competitive compensation, flexible schedules, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients.BenefitsBelow is the job detailsLocation:
